"Sweet Annie" layout

Wow, it's been quite some time since I did any scrapbook layouts! When Phuong came out with her beautiful Mediterranean Muse and September Kit, I was a little inspired :) But like I said, it's been awhile and this layout does not do her kits justice! This is a picture of my neighbor Gayle's beautiful daughter Annie. This was taken at Splash Park!
